Dear Distinguished Researchers, Engineers, Innovators, and Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2nd Asia Conference on Unmanned Systems and Intelligent Control (USIC 2026), which will be held from September 12 to 14, 2026, in Singapore—a global hub for technological innovation, smart infrastructure, and intelligent manufacturing.
Following the successful inaugural USIC 2025 in Hong Kong, China, which brought together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry across Asia and beyond, USIC 2026 continues to serve as a high-level international forum for sharing cutting-edge research, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of unmanned systems and intelligent control.
As unmanned platforms increasingly integrate artificial intelligence, large-scale learning models, autonomous decision-making, and networked control, the field is undergoing a profound transformation. From multi-agent cooperation and human–machine teaming to edge intelligence, trustworthy AI, and real-world deployment in complex environments, new challenges and opportunities are reshaping both theoretical research and engineering practice. USIC 2026 aims to reflect these trends by emphasizing not only algorithmic advances, but also system-level integration, robustness, safety, and real-world impact.
Building upon its core technical tracks, USIC 2026 will explore a broad range of topics, including but not limited to:
The conference program will feature keynote speeches by leading experts, invited talks, oral presentations, poster presentations, and focused discussions on emerging technologies and applications. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the Program Committee. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the USIC 2026 Conference Proceedings, with submission planned to major academic indexing databases including EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and Springerlink.
We sincerely thank our organizers, technical committee members, and partners for their dedication and continued support. Most importantly, we thank you—the authors, speakers, and participants—for contributing your ideas and expertise to this growing conference series.
We look forward to welcoming you to Singapore and to shaping the future of unmanned systems and intelligent control together at USIC 2026.
Warm regards,
The Organizing Committee
